PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
When using our online auction services, you are making firm commitments to purchase said item(s) and are entering into a legal and binding contract.
All items are sold "As Is-Where Is" with no guarantees, warranties, refunds, or exchanges. All sales are final. Including off-site purchases. Items must be paid in full on the day of the sale.
Items will not be released/ retrieved until full payment is received and clearance is given. No exceptions.
RESERVES: Some items will be sold with a reserve.
AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE AUCTION: Pickup is the next day, 10 am to 4 pm, or by appointment. Purchasers must notify us immediately if our pickup day doesn’t work for them. Purchasers will be responsible for arranging their own pickup.
CUT THE CLUTTER does not guarantee or make warranties on any lot sold. Ratings in the catalog are our opinion. We acknowledge that errors may occur, although we endeavor to give you accurate information in what is written. We strongly recommend you personally view any item you bid on. CUT THE CLUTTER cannot be held liable.
Any items not picked up in a reasonable time period shall be considered abandoned unless communication on the subject has been received. Your ICOLLECTOR account will be publicly notified to show non-payment, to prevent you from causing undue stress to other auctioneers.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL ITEMS NOT PICKED UP BEFORE THE PICKUP DEADLINE WILL BECOME THE PROPERTY OF CUT THE CLUTTER AND WILL NOT BE GIVEN TO THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER (UNLESS ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH CUT THE CLUTTER!
CUT THE CLUTTER reserves the right to refuse registration to our auctions or to refuse to recognize any or all bids from any particular person or persons at any time, with no notice.
Buyer's Premium: Each lot sold is subject to a 16% buyers premium (unless posted otherwise) of the successful bid price of each lot. This will be added to the invoice after the auction closes.
Waive, release and discharge for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives assigns, successors in interest and anyone claiming or who could claim through me any and all rights and claims of any nature which I may have or which may hereafter accrue to me against Cut the Clutter and its parent, subsidiary, related and affiliated companies (collectively referred to herein as “Company”), their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, including without limitation, any and all claims for personal injury, death, property damage or any other harm, loss, injury, expense or inconvenience, and expressly agree that this release agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by law; and
