Reference Numbers/Pals: If you are a successful bidder of a firearm, we will need to acquire a reference number PRIOR to the gun being released. Our office staff will contact you Thursday post-auction to get your pal information to get the reference number. You can email in this information as well to mcsherryltd@gmail.com (Pal Number, Expiry, Date of Birth & Email Associated with the CFO). Reference numbers are valid for 3 months. Please do not come pick up your gun if a reference number has not been issued yet as we can not release the gun without it.
Terminology: PA - Pump Action , BA - Bolt Action , SS - Single Shot , LA - Lever Action , .22 S-L-LR Means that the Rifle Can Operate with Any of the Three Cartridges , LR - Long Rifle , SA - Semi Automatic, DB - Double Barrel
Additional Charge: There will be a $3 charge (per gun) for the trigger lock & key. Lever Actions are $10.

1. Buyer’s Fees & Taxes
• 10% Internet Buyer’s Fee is added to all purchases.
• Credit card payments have a 3% processing fee.
• All taxes apply where applicable.
2. Payment Information
Your iCollector registration credit card is NOT charged.
iCollector does not bill on our behalf, and we do not receive your card information.
If paying by credit card, you must call it in.

3. Pickup Requirements

(Off-site auctions may have alternate pickup locations.)

Items must be paid for and picked up within 6 calendar days of the sale ending. Storage fees charged on day 7, even if the invoice has been paid for.
Weekly Storage Rates
• Shelf / Small Items – $15
• Pallet / Furniture – $35
• Vehicles / Equipment / Trailers – $75
Items not picked up within 30 days may be considered abandoned and resold, EVEN IF PAID FOR. If you require storage, that must be arranged prior.
Hours:
Monday – Saturday: 9 AM – 5 PM
Closed Daily: 12 PM – 1 PM
Closed Sundays
Loader Available when required.
4. Storage Fees

5. Shipping
Shipping is available. WE DO NOT SHIP AMMO.
Process:
We confirm your shipping address by phone or email.
Payments can be made by:
• Two e-transfers (invoice + shipping separately), or
• Phone-in credit card.
Packaging and quoting take a few days — thank you for your patience.
6. Item Condition & Refund Policy
Refunds depend strictly on the condition noted in the listing:
• “Working” ? You have 7 days from the sale date to report an issue.
• “Untested” ? No refunds.
• No condition listed ? No refunds (usually estate or untested items).
Late reports may not be eligible for refund.
7. All Sales Are Final
All items are sold as-is, where-is.
It is your responsibility to review descriptions and photos before bidding.
We do not guarantee completeness, functionality, or accuracy beyond what is written.
