Shipping & Info

During pickup, bidders must bring help, supplies and equipment necessary for removal of their items. For help with loading trucks and trailers, a charge of $75/hr will be applied.

Prospective buyers are invited to attend the preview day held the day before the auction, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. This is an excellent - and highly recommend opportunity to examine the items in person and assess their condition. Our team will be available on-site to answer questions and provide additional information. We strongly recommend taking advantage of this viewing period, as all items are sold "as is" without warranty or guarantee.

Please note that most carpets are not available for preview.
Please do not open or damage items still in their boxes - a display model will be made available to you. Our team will be happy to guide you.

Pick-Up Location Information & Instructions

After the auction closes, you will receive your invoice by email. In addition, one of our representatives will contact you to schedule a pick-up time slot.

Shipping and Collection:
The auction house does not provide in-house shipping services. Buyers are responsible for arranging the packing, pickup, and transport of their purchases within the timeframe specified in our Conditions of Sale. We are happy to recommend third-party shipping providers, but the buyer assumes all responsibility and risk associated with transport.
