Insulated Custom Wall Tent

- 16x20 insulated Wall tent and frame with a 6th truss to support the additional weight. All walls and roof are insulated.

- 5 ft walls, 9.5 ft peak.

- 5 ft porch with frame.

- 2 - 36? x 24? totally clear windows with mosquito netting, double zipper and canvas flap, one in each side wall.

- Custom rear door with double zipper - 8ft wide x 6ft high.

- Custom Velcro on rear of tent for a future canvas panel for connecting 2 tents together.

- Front door has double zipper and mosquito netting. 3 ft wide x 6ft high.

- Outfitter cylinder airtight wood stove with professional double-wall pipe kit including rain cap and outdoor anchor tripod system (stove pipe opening goes through the side wall).

- Wood stove specs: The top cooking surface and door are made from 10 gauge steel and the body is made from 12 gauge steel. Dimensions are 28? long x 16? wide x 23.5 ” high including the legs (removeable and screw-in). The stove weighs 54 lbs.

- Custom white vinyl tarp, 18oz FR, 20.5 ft x 29 ft, with grommets on all four sides. Added length for overlap for future connection of 2 tents.

- 20 heavy duty steel anchors 24inch long (the base for this size was 12 anchors).



How & Where it's made:
Made in Western Canada, by a family business that specializes in these tents for over three decades! Built by Deluxe Wall Tents on Vancouver Island. With this tent being insulated, it has an outside layer of canvas with insulation and fabric on the inside. Made with 10.10 ounce Sunforger double fill marine grade canvas treated with fire retardant, water and mildew repellent. Stove jack with a canvas flap, reinforced brass grommets, sod cloth, rot proof nylon loops at the base of the walls, double stitching, reinforced peaks and corners and a heavy duty tent bag.

Frame poles are 1 1/5" made from extruded 6061 aluminum tubing. The angles are heavy duty aluminum mould cast machined fittings. All pieces are color coded for easy set-up.

This tear happened on the south facing wall at the seam, right before the first big snowfall. Didn't have ability to get a canvas patch, so protected it for the winter with clear liquid flex seal
Small tear in the porch roof, near the peak. Tent was set up for almost two years. The inside does have some grass and bug stains. The stove has some surface rust inside; it's been inspected by an expert and is a non-issue.
Tent was never cooked or smoked in. Had at max 12 fires.
