^Lot 5270 PAIR OF SADDLE HOLSTERS FOR COLT DRAGOONS WITH A

GETTYSBURG ID. This well worn pair of holsters are of military style in black saddle leather with brass finials and cups. There are several star and grid punches around the top of the holsters. Judging by the size, it appears that it would accept Colt Dragoon pistols. Each holster is about 14 1/2" long with a 5" opening. An old tag with the holsters reads "Donated to Post 73 by Morgan Smith in 1927. A ?? relic from Gettysburg". CONDITION: holsters do have some losses, particularly to the straps on the left holster. The bridge is worn with tears and flaking. Holsters exhibit overall heavy wear. (02-27193/BF). NON-GUN. $1,200-1,600.
