Lot 3372 RUGER OLD MODEL 45 BLACKHAWK CONVERTIBLE REVOLVER.
Cal. 45 Colt. S# 45-13030. Bbl. 4 5/8" with serrated blade integral to ramped base as front sight plus frame mounted factory adjustable rear sight. Mfg. 1972 (1971-1973) as BKH-44X; total of about 23,000 Old Model 45's made. Newer oiled walnut grips on XR3-RED alloy grip frame having silver eagle medallions. Has captive collared base pin, drilled through base pin latch alloy ejector housing, matching numbered 45 Colt cylinder, "INC." on barrel and eagle logo on cylinder frame. Does not have factory safety update parts; original lockwork. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: original yellow and black 2 piece box showing traces of being numbered to another revolver. Generally looking good, but breaks on top and bottom likely due to revolver moving around in the box. Spare matching numbered 45 ACP cylinder in red felt bag enclosed in original auxiliary box. CONDITION: couple of extremely faint grip marks with balance near excellent including bore; appears unfired. (26-1094/NW). CURIO. $1,000-1,500.
