(Walt Disney World, 1970s) A binder of documents prepared by Disney University for developing Leads among Walt Disney World Cast Members. The binder contains tests and questionnaires, a copy of "The Human Factor," a rare transcript of "The Wisdom of Walt Disney," and short biographies of Walt & Roy O. Disney, Roy E. Disney, and Cardon Walker. Measuring 11.5" x 10.25", the plastic binder is in very good overall condition, exhibiting minor scuffs with few creases and light folds to contents from use, and some small pen marks throughout.
