(20th Century-Fox, 1955) A revised final script for the Academy Award-winning musical "The King and I" starring Yul Brynner, Deborah Kerr, and Rita Moreno. The 118-page script, dated October 4, 1955, by Ernest Lehman, includes an additional 11 pages of retakes and scenes attached at the end. Measuring 9.5" x 11.5", the script is in good condition with wear from production use, including edge tears, discoloration from age, and a 4" x 5.75" section missing from a pre-title page, which also contains the leads' names written in ink.
