Item/Description: Magnificent Pompeii style statement pierced dangle drop earrings by Roman jewelry designer, Diego Percossi Papi (Italian, b. 1946). Ornate vermeil gilt Sterling Silver mountings. Articulated into three sections. Adorned with golden hued citrine gemstones in rectangular, square, teardrop and round cuts and sizes. Cobalt blue enamel accents, Encrusted with tiny hand-set seed pearls. French back hinged closures. Hallmarked: 925, Percossi Papi.

Dimensions: Length: 3 1/8"; Width: 3/4" ; approximately 20.8 grams
Condition: Very Fine. Free of denting, damage, and repair. All gemstones intact. All pearls present except for one at terminal end of one earrings. Clip backs in good working order. Signs of age, use, and wear including patina and scuffing.
