PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY. Seller reports that this crane needs multiple hydraulic hoses replaced and lacks current certification. Seller was reluctant to demonstrate the crane portion at the time of this photo shoot for fear of rupturing a hose. We disclose known discrepancies to the best of our ability, but additional unknown issues may exist.

There is a reserve amount on this unit. If the reserve amount is not reached at the close of the auction, we will consider selling to the highest bidder if the final bid is reasonably close to the reserve amount.

Vehicle Title & Registration Notice:
Hawaii law requires vehicle title transfer within 10 days of purchase. We can assist with title issues only if the transfer is attempted within that 10 day period. After 10 days, we are unable to assist with title corrections, replacements, lost titles, or signature issues. Responsibility for timely transfer rests solely with the buyer.

Vehicle title delivery may be delayed due to seller, lienholder, or DMV processing. Buyer acknowledges and accepts any such delays. Oahu Auctions is not responsible for title timing.

Buyer is solely responsible for verifying and bringing current any registration, safety check, back taxes, penalties, or other fees associated with the vehicle. Any outstanding amounts are the responsibility of the buyer.

If anyone places a bid within the last 3 minutes of a lot’s scheduled ending time, 3 minutes will be added to that particular lot’s countdown timer.

Payment due by 1pm April 20 by VISA/MC, cashier's check, wire transfer, cash. A 3% fee will be added on Visa/MC transactions. If pmt is not received by 1pm, your credit card on file will be charged.

15% Buyer's Premium will be added to the bid amount, plus 4.712% GE Tax. All items sold as is.
