Hawaii law requires vehicle title transfer within 10 days of purchase. We can assist with title issues only if the transfer is attempted within that 10 day period. After 10 days, we are unable to assist with title corrections, replacements, lost titles, or signature issues. Responsibility for timely transfer rests solely with the buyer.

Vehicle title delivery may be delayed due to seller, lienholder, or DMV processing. Buyer acknowledges and accepts any such delays. Oahu Auctions is not responsible for title timing.

Payment due by 1pm the day after the auction ends. Accepted forms of payment: VISA/MC, cashier's check, wire transfer, cash. A 3% fee will be added on Visa/MC transactions.
