10 % Deposit & 10% Buyer's Premium due within 2 days of auction closing to Loomis Auctioneers. The balance due at the real estate closing in approx 30 days . more or less.
Real Estate Auction agreements will be sent via DocuSign post auction . Agreements displayed on this sight .
We accept credit cards, bank wires, cash, and bank-approved business checks
Payment in full or a real estate deposit is due immediately after the auction.
