At the end of the auction, you will receive an invoice via email. Please check your "All Mail" inbox.
After real estate auctions, payments are due:
10% of the top bid for the deposit & 10% and the top bid for the buyer's premium fee:Total 20% on auction day or the next business day
The 90 % balance at closing, about 30 days later
Instructions for payment and pick up will be included
We accept credit cards, bank wires, cash, and bank-approved business checks
Payment in full or a real estate deposit is due immediately after the auction.
