COLLECTING BIDS UNIT AUGUST 28TH. THIS OFFER INCLUDES REAL ESTATE AND ALL THE EQUIPMENT IN AUCTION #3 . AKA "TURN KEY BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY"
BIDS WILL BE TAKING (BID NOW) UNTIL THE ISSUED TIMING OUT DATE AND TIME.
THE TOP BID WILL BE PRESENTED TO THE SELLER.
IF HE ACCEPTS THE HIGH BID, AUCTIONS #2 & #3 WILL BE CANCELED. IF HE DOES NOT THE AUCTION #2 REAL ESTATE, AND AUCTION #3 EQUIPMENT WILL MOVE FORWARD TO ALL SELL INDIVIDUALLY OT THE HIGHEST BIDDER.

SELLER'S DECISION WILL BE WITHIN ONE HOUR AFTER THE CLOSING OF THIS BIDDING
IF BID IS ACCEPTED IN AUCTION #1

Auction #1 Real Estate and all the equipment in the building. If the bid is accepted by the seller, the auction is concluded, except for the trucks & Sign Shop .
If the bid is not accepted, the real estate will be sold in Auction #2 (real estate only). And, all the equipment will sell lot by lot ( single lots ) in Auction #3.
All Trucks sell in Auction #4 / NOT INCLUDED
Daves Sign Shop in Session #5 / NOT INCLUDED
