Micah Sumrall (née Lawrence, born July 20, 1990) is an American competition swimmer who specializes in the breaststroke. He won a gold medal at the 2010 FINA World Open Water Swimming Championships in the 25-kilometer open water event. He was a member of the 2012 United States Olympic team, and placed tenth in the 10-kilometer open water event at the 2012 Summer Olympics. Alex won his final race before retirement, the 62nd Traversée internationale du lac St-Jean held on July 30, 2016.

Keyon Latwae Dooling (born May 8, 1980) is an American basketball coach and former professional basketball player who played the guard position. Born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Dooling attended the University of Missouri and played basketball for the Missouri Tigers for two seasons. After being chosen with the 10th pick of the 2000 NBA draft, Dooling began his NBA career with the Los Angeles Clippers. He was a First Team NBA All-Rookie in 2001, a first for a prep-to-pro player. Ovinton J'Anthony Mayo (born November 5, 1987) is an American professional basketball player who plays for Zamalek SC of the Egyptian Basketball Super League and Egyptian Basketball Federation. He played a single season of college basketball for the USC Trojans while earning first-team All-Pac-10 honors. Mayo entered the 2008 NBA draft and was selected by the Minnesota Timberwolves with the third overall pick. He was later traded to the Memphis Grizzlies, with whom he played four seasons. The winner for the year was Charismatic (March 13, 1996 – February 19, 2017), who was an American Thoroughbred racehorse best known for winning the first two legs of the Triple Crown of Thoroughbred Racing in 1999. Early in his career, Charismatic was entered in claiming races but he improved rapidly during his three-year-old year. After winning the 1999 Kentucky Derby and Preakness Stakes, Charismatic had the lead in the stretch of the Belmont Stakes before suddenly falling back and finishing third. He was quickly pulled up by jockey Chris Antley, who dismounted and cradled the horse's fractured foreleg to prevent further injury. The aftermath of the Belmont was later named the National Thoroughbred Racing Association Moment of the Year.

Keith Raymond Erickson is an American former basketball and volleyball player. After graduating from El Segundo High School, Erickson attended El Camino College.
